Alanna proved herself to be an effective and efficient Administrator, being highly skilled in the organisation of meetings and events. Alanna was involved in the planning and delivery of some complex events, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external colleagues. Alanna delivered these successfully alongside the day to day duties associated with an administrative role – complex diary management, answering enquiries face to face, by telephone and email, providing secretarial support for formal committees, data management using both Microsoft based packages and bespoke data records systems.
